Thank you for your purchase! Each product is custom-made and 3D printed to order, so please read the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Because all items are made to order, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email]. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once approved, we’ll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unmodified, and in its original condition.

  • Returns must be pre-approved before being sent back.

Unauthorized returns or returns outside the 7-day window may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or modified prints

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear

  • Beta-phase or prototype accessories

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet started. Once printing begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
